Data Visualization Blog
In this blog, I explore how data along with analytics can be transformed into visual objects. In weekly blog posts, I show readers my learning experience of using Tableau, R Studio, Plot.ly, and Python to analyze and visualize various forms of data. By publishing this content, I hope to help others gain a foundational understanding of the modern statistical and analytical paradigm(s) utilized in constructing visual displays.
My clinical librarian internship at the Sarasota Memorial Medical Library has been instrumental in merging the knowledge gained throughout my LIS studies with contemporary practices in medical librarianship. Prominent contributions include ensuring evidence-based medicine e-resources, developing UX components of the website, and providing visual analytics services. Moreover, this position has allowed me to publish numerous subject guides in areas of scholarly communication, infectious disease, and oncology.
